Brahmma Sri Sadananda Sidha Gurudev was born on 08 th March 1930 on the 'Makairam' nakshathra (05 th of the 28 stars in Indian astrology). In this day when that came Makairam nakshathra in each month , conduct one day sthuthi at sannidhanam and all other main branches. That is known as Makairam Pakkanal sthuthi. The Next Makairam Pakkanal sthuthi will be conducted at Sannidhanam on 13th April Saturday.

Birthday of Brahmasree Subhananda Gurudev,the Pooram janmanakshatra Mahotsavam,well known as Cherukole Pooram is celebrated with pomp festivity lasting 10 days, begenning with hosting of Subhananda Flag on the first day. The 142nd Pooram Janmanakshtra Maholsavam (Cherukol Pooram) - will be celibrated from 2024 April 11th Thursday to 20 th Saturday.

Pooradam Pakkanal Sthuthi will be conducted at Sannidhanam on 29th - April Monday.

Devotees gathered from all corners of the world on 1st August 2023 to walk more than 3 km fromMavelikara Puthikav Temple to Mavelikara Cherukol Sri Subhananda Ashram, around 5.00 pm to illuminate the path with divine light with Maximum People Participated in a Procession with Lamps in Hand.
